We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager role for our Estate Agency client based in Slough.
The ideal candidate must have previousexperience in Lettings and Property Management.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
Basic £28,000OTE £33,000Commission on lets and reletsReferral commission structureMonday to Friday 9am - 6pm2 Saturdays per month 9am - 4pm Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
Liaising between landlords and tenantsProviding up to date advice and informationConducting viewingsBooking appointmentsNegotiating lettings contractsRegistering applicantsGenerating new businessBuilding the market shareBe up to date with current compliance and legislationManage a portfolio of propertiesDeal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairsManage compliance, references etcBook end of tenancy checkoutsDeal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancyProperty visits and inspectionsArrange safety certificates Key skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
