IT Support Technician
Marsh Mills, Plymouth | £30,000 | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a varied role where you can combine hands-on technical work with customer support?
We're recruiting for an innovative technology company specialising in Body Worn Camera and cloud-based solutions. Working within a small, friendly and dog-friendly team, you'll support customers with installations, troubleshooting, device setup and ongoing technical support across a range of hardware, software and cloud-based systems.
The Role Providing 1st-3rd line technical support via phone, email, remote access and TeamsSetting up, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment and softwareSupporting Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutionsAssisting customers with installations, updates and technical queriesDelivering customer training and supportTesting, maintaining and preparing devices for deploymentSupporting networking, connectivity and system integration projects
What We're Looking For Previous IT support or IT technician experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with hardware, software and device configuration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving licence preferred
