Senior Partnerships & Events Executive
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid (1 day per week, every Friday in the office)Salary: £38,000Job Type: Permanent, Full Time REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a leading online healthcare education organisation to recruit a Partnerships & Events Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded events professional who enjoys building relationships, engaging audiences and developing strategic partnerships that drive growth.
The Role
This position combines event delivery, relationship building and partnership development. You'll represent the organisation at healthcare conferences and industry events, engage directly with prospective learners, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with professional bodies, membership organisations and healthcare communities. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll be the lead specialist for this remit and play a key role in expanding audience reach across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the organisation's presence at healthcare conferences, exhibitions and industry events across the UK.Represent the organisation at events, engaging healthcare professionals, promoting educational programmes and generating high-quality leads.Build relationships with professional bodies, membership organisations, charities and healthcare communities to create partnership opportunities.Develop and manage partnership activity including joint promotions, content opportunities, webinars and audience engagement campaigns.Identify new opportunities through networking, industry research and relationship building.Support the delivery of online open days, webinars and co-hosted events with partner organisations.Track event and partnership performance, maintaining accurate records and reporting on outcomes.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to maximise the impact of campaigns and partnership initiatives. Experience & Skills required
Proven experience in events, partnerships, business development, marketing or a related role.Strong experience attending and managing event activity, with the confidence to engage audiences face-to-face.A friendly, commercially minded approach with the ability to build relationships, open conversations and identify opportunities.Demonstrable experience generating leads and engaging target audiences through events or marketing activity.Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Willingness to travel across the UK and attend occasional evening or weekend events when required.Degree qualified, or able to demonstrate substantial relevant experience.
