Based in Hailsham (hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus bonus and study support

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Co-ordinator to join a well-known business in the Hailsham area on a permanent basis.
You’ll be joining a steadily growing company as part of a team of three, supporting the administration of the UK payroll for approximately 200 employees. Working closely with the Payroll Supervisor and an external payroll bureau, you’ll be responsible for collecting, checking and preparing payroll data to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
Your duties will include:
Assist with the preparation of the monthly payroll submissionsLiaising with payroll bureau to resolve queries Working with the bureau to ensure the correct tax, National Insurance, pension contributions and other deductions are appliedTime & attendance reportingLiaising with employees regarding any payroll queries Maintain employee records and update details such as salaries, bank accounts, working hoursPensions’ administration, reconciliation & payment preparationPreparation of new starter/leaver documentation & processesMaintenance of internal/external databases Key requirements:
Experience of working in a payroll position is essential Methodical, numerate and accurate with a high attention to detail and outputs to be presented to a high standardAbility to resolve problems under own initiativeYou must be a car driver due to the location If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
