Dispute Resolution Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Location: Reading, Berkshire | Hybrid Working | Salary: £70,000-£85,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a highly regarded UK law firm seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Reading team.
The role offers you exposure to a varied range of commercial disputes, advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients across the mid-market, alongside private clients on complex and high-value matters.
The Role
You will manage a varied commercial dispute resolution caseload, with work including:
Commercial and contractual disputesShareholder, partnership and company disputesM&A disputes, including warranties, indemnities and earn-outsProfessional negligenceInsolvency and restructuring disputesConstruction disputesArbitration and alternative dispute resolutionRegulatory, procurement and other complex commercial disputes You will also develop client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior lawyers, working collaboratively with specialists across the wider firm.
Experience across every area is not essential; strong commercial dispute resolution experience and a client-focused approach are key.
About You
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQEExperience managing your own commercial dispute resolution caseloadStrong technical, analytical and drafting skillsCommercially minded, with excellent client relationship skillsAn interest in business development and contributing to team growth The Opportunity
