Looking for a bookkeeping role where you're more than just a number?
We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a friendly and collaborative team in Swindon. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted part of their businesses rather than simply processing figures from behind the scenes.
You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, use your bookkeeping expertise to make a genuine difference and work alongside an experienced team who are happy to support you and help you develop.

Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contactWork with clients to ensure their financial information is accurate, up to date and usefulReview bookkeeping records and identify areas where improvements can be madeAssist clients with VAT and CIS requirementsWork closely with colleagues across the business to help clients understand and improve their financial positionLook beyond the process and suggest better ways of doing things What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers but also enjoys working with people. Previous bookkeeping experienceExperience using Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage and knowledge of other accounting software is also usefulExperience with VAT and CISExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach and a willingness to look for ways to improve processesThe confidence to communicate directly with clients Thanks for your application!
