Providing 1:1 and small-group supportSupporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needsHelping pupils engage positively with learningSupporting behaviour and emotional regulationWorking alongside teachers and other support professionalsHelping create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment What You Need to Succeed We are looking for people who:
Have experience working with children or young people with SENAre patient, resilient and adaptableHave a calm and positive approach to behaviourCan build strong relationships with pupilsAre passionate about helping young people achieve their potentialAre available for full-time or part-time work Previous school-based experience is beneficial, but experience from other SEN, care or support settings may also be suitable.
