Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts within reporting deadlinesCompletion of balance sheet reconciliationsDetailed variance analysis against budgets and forecastsPreparation and analysis of weekly and monthly KPI reportingAssisting with monthly forecasts, projections and annual budget preparationResponsibility for VAT submissions and statutory returnsProviding cover across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions when requiredSupporting the development and enhancement of management information and financial systemsBuilding strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations and senior management teams What You'll Need to Succeed
Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA, IATI qualified, or qualified by experiencePrevious experience within a management accounting or finance roleStrong Excel skills with confidence analysing financial dataExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively within a close-knit team environmentStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving Desired
ERP system knowledgeAdvanced Excel capabilitiesExperience analysing manufacturing or production variances What you'll get in return
