Hays are delighted to be working with a reputable and growing organisation who is looking for experienced Transactional high volume Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger Reconcilers.
To support their finance team on an interim basis. This role has been created to help manage increased workload, ensure timely cash collection, and strengthen processes during a key period.
Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for high volume transactional maintenance of the Accounts Receivable process within the shared service centre.
Typical duties include:
Raising, issuing, and checking customer invoicesEnsuring accurate billing in line with contracts, PO requirements, and agreed pricingAllocating incoming customer payments to the correct accountsReconciling sales ledgers and resolving discrepanciesMonitoring the Sales inbox and responding to customer queriesSupporting month-end tasks including reconciliations and journalsAssisting with process improvements and supporting new system workflows where required What you'll need to succeed
Key Experience Required
Raising sales invoicesBalance Sheet ReconciliationsControl AccountsBank ReconciliationsCash Management High volume transactional experienceAllocating receipts and maintaining customer accountsResponding to internal and external customer queriesConfident in processing high-volume transactions, preferably within a shared service centre settingReconcile billing records with financial systemsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and customer accountsMaintain accurate and up-to-date billing ledgers What you'll get in return
