Due to exceptional growth across Gloucestershire, Reed Education Cheltenham is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to help support the next stage of our expansion.
Over the past nine months, our Education team has established itself as a trusted recruitment partner to schools and early years settings across Gloucestershire, working with approximately 40% of the local market. Having exceeded our quarterly targets and achieved consistent growth, we are now seeking another high-performing consultant to join our successful team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and develop relationships with schools and education settings across GloucestershireSource, interview, and place education professionals into temporary and permanent positionsManage and grow an established client portfolioIdentify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnershipsDeliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidatesWork towards individual and team targets while contributing to a collaborative team culture What We're Looking For
