Job Description Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Property Lister / Valuer to join our successful Tucker Gardener residential lettings team based in Cambridge.

The main purpose of the role is to win new instructions and secure properties to market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will:
Generate and win new listings and instructionsBuild rapport with customers through a friendly, positive and professional approachCarry out rental valuations and market appraisalsContribute to the overall success of the lettings team through proactive business generation Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent) and be looking for progressionBe confident in generating new business in a target-driven environmentDeliver outstanding customer care and customer serviceBe resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-orientedHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)Hold a full UK driving licence Career Progression at Connells Group
