Private Client Paralegal Salary: £30k+ (DOE)
Your opportunity Build your private client experience with a law firm in Wolverhampton, supporting Solicitors across a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters. SJC Partners are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal who is keen to develop their technical knowledge and provide a high standard of client care. You’ll work closely with the Private Client team, combining practical legal support with regular contact with clients, beneficiaries and other professionals. What you’ll do Support Solicitors with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters.Assist with drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.Help prepare probate applications and supporting documentation.Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.Draft correspondence and help progress matters.Maintain accurate files and monitor key deadlines.Provide administrative support to the wider team. What you’ll need Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal or Legal Assistant, ideally with exposure to Wills, Probate or Lasting Powers of Attorney. You’ll be organised, have strong attention to detail and communicate sensitively with clients. A willingness to learn and develop your private client knowledge is also important.
