We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and welcoming medical practice in Cobham seeking a highly organised and professional Medical Secretary to provide support for a 1-month temporary assignment. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate into the team and confidently manage a varied workload in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audio and copy typing of clinical letters and medical reportsManaging referrals and liaising with hospitals and external healthcare providersUpdating and maintaining patient records accuratelyManaging incoming calls and responding to patient and clinician enquiriesMonitoring practice inboxes and correspondenceSupporting GPs and clinical staff with administrative tasksBooking appointments and managing clinic schedules where required What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary within a GP Practice or Doctors' SurgeryExcellent typing and administrative skillsExperience using medical systems such as EMIS and Dictate ITStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage confidential information professionallyExcellent communication and organisational skillsAvailable to start immediately What's on Offer?
