Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a popular, fast-growing and on-trend high street retailer as they open a brand-new store in Craigavon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and success of a new store. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large team, drive sales and KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the storeLead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performanceDeliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experienceRecruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing teamSet clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standardsManage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunitiesComplete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviewsOversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee developmentDrive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standardsMaintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brandWork collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement About You:
