We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, advising businesses, investors and private clients on a range of complex commercial matters. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and developing long-standing client relationships.
We are now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Role
This is a varied commercial property position, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients on a broad range of transactions rather than focusing solely on one area of property.
Your work will include:
Commercial acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leases, renewals and related mattersProperty aspects of business sales and acquisitionsCommercial property finance and secured lendingGeneral commercial property advisory workManaging transactions from instruction through to completion while providing commercially focused advice About You
We are looking for a 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience across a broad commercial property caseload.
You will ideally have:
Strong technical knowledge of commercial propertyExperience handling acquisitions, disposals and leasesExperience advising on property elements of business transactionsKnowledge of commercial finance and secured lendingExcellent client management and communication skillsA pragmatic, commercial approach and the ability to manage matters independently The Opportunity
