About the Role
Reed Healthcare at Home are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGN) to support and help develop our growing Complex Care service across London.
This is a flexible opportunity for nurses with strong Complex Care experience who can provide clinical oversight, support new care packages and ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Complete clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plansProvide clinical oversight across Complex Care packagesSupport the mobilisation of new care packagesDeliver clinical training and competency assessments to care staffComplete risk assessments, client reviews and clinical auditsWork closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsSupport clinical governance, incident reviews and quality improvementHelp develop and grow our Complex Care service Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PINStrong Complex Care, Community Care or Case Management experienceExperience with complex clinical needs, including: Tracheostomy careVentilationPEG feedingSpinal injuriesNeurological conditions Experience delivering clinical training and competency assessmentsStrong communication and leadership skillsWillingness to travel across LondonEnhanced DBS required Desirable
Domiciliary care or healthcare agency experiencePrevious clinical leadership or management experienceUnderstanding of CQC requirements and clinical governanceExperience supporting adults and/or children with complex healthcare needs What We Offer
