ABOUT THE SCIENCE TEACHER ROLE
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, Any Science A-level would an advantageBiology, Chemistry or Physics specialisms welcomedDeliver engaging and challenging Science lessonsWork alongside an experienced team of Science TeachersSupport students across a wide range of abilitiesMaintain high expectations for behaviour and achievementContribute to the continued success of the Science department
THE SUCCESSFUL SCIENCE TEACHER WILL HAVE:
QTS or equivalentPrevious experience teaching Science within a UK secondary schoolStrong subject knowledgeGood classroom and behaviour managementExcellent communication and organisational skillsA genuine enthusiasm for ScienceThe ability to work effectively as part of a departmentFull-time availability and commitment to the role
