General Sales Manager – Automotive
West London
OTE up to £90,000 + Company Car
We are working with a well-established automotive retail business to recruit an experienced General Sales Manager for a high-volume franchised dealership in West London.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong track record in automotive sales management who can drive performance, develop a successful team and maintain high standards across the department.
Reporting into the senior site leadership team, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the sales operation, including new and used vehicle sales, finance penetration, profitability, stock management and customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to lead from the front, coach and motivate the team, monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve both commercial results and the customer journey.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Current or recent experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager or similarStrong franchised dealership experienceProven success managing sales performance and profitabilityExcellent leadership and coaching skillsStrong knowledge of automotive retail KPIsA commercial, driven and customer-focused approachFull UK driving licence This would suit an established automotive sales leader looking to take on a high-profile operation with strong earning potential and genuine responsibility.
Package: OTE up to £90,000 + company car
