Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)
This is a physical role in a fast paced environment. All you need is a ‘can do’ attitude and be reliable. Full training will be given.
Fareham£14.24 per hour (circa £29,000 pa)Monday – Friday, 10 pm – 7 am (40 hour week)12 week temporary with a view of going permanentParking on site Key responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accuratelyLoading trucks (goods up to 25kg in weight possibly heavier)Unloading trucks and putting goods awayUsing cutting machines (full training will be given)Stock rotations, stock checks and stock integrityMaintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environmentOperate warehouse equipment safely following appropriate trainingWork closely with colleagues to ensure customer orders are dispatched on timeProvide support across the warehouse with a variety of operational tasks as required Skills & experience
Reliable with an excellent work ethic and strong attendance recordGood attention to detail and accuracyComfortable undertaking manual handling and physical workAble to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent attendance and time keeping Additional information
This will initially start on a temporary basis for 3 months with a view of becoming a permanent position20 days holiday plus bank holidays
