2nd Line Support - 5 days onsite - INSIDE IR35 - £150 a day
We’re looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team and be the go-to person for resolving technical issues that need a little more than first-line support.
You’ll troubleshoot, investigate and resolve escalated incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, networking, hardware and cloud technologies, while providing great service to our users.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and resolve 2nd line technical issues and escalationsTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking problemsSupport users across hardware, software and infrastructureManage incidents through to resolution, keeping users informedWork with 3rd line teams and suppliers on more complex issuesHelp improve documentation, processes and the overall IT service What we’re looking for:
Solid experience in a 2nd Line / Desktop Support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active DirectoryUnderstanding of networking fundamentalsExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
