Test Lead - Permanent - Up to £60,000 - Hybrid 2 days per week on-site
We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team and help deliver high-quality, reliable and audit-ready testing across technology, business change and operational initiatives.
Reporting to the Test Manager, you’ll lead testing activity across SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, performance and operational readiness, while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers.
You’ll bring:
Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environmentStrong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skillsExperience testing complex technology and business transformationKnowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testingExperience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr or TestRailUnderstanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologiesISTQB Foundation (or equivalent) This is an exciting opportunity to help shape testing best practice, support major transformation initiatives and make a real impact on quality and customer outcomes.
