I’m recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, develop lasting client relationships and work towards a potential partnership.
The Opportunity Manage a varied commercial property caseload and related transactions.Build and develop long-term client relationships.Take ownership of billing and contribute to business development.Work closely with the Partners and wider team.Play an active role in the continued growth of the firm. About You Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5–10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.Strong technical knowledge and a proven billing track record.Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships.Commercially aware, personable and proactive.Ambitious, with an interest in business development and future partnership. The Package Salary up to £70,000, depending on experience.Genuine partnership prospects.Potential for up to two days working from home.35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.Company pension and on-site parking.Supportive and friendly working environment.
