Contract Operations Administrator - 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35) - Glasgow
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Contract Operations Administrator to join its CIB Legal team on an initial 6-month contract basis (Inside IR35). Based in Glasgow with 50% office presence required.
This role provides vital administrative support to the Derivatives Legal team, managing contract data within the firm's internal master agreements and netting repository system, and supporting the execution process for new master agreements and amendments.
Key responsibilities:
Contract data entry and maintenance in the repository system following execution of master agreements and amendmentsTagging/un-tagging of internal reference codes linked to master agreements (e.g. for funds and technical accounts)Data quality controls, including 4-eyes checks and periodic control sample testingHandling queries on contract data from Legal and other stakeholdersSupporting system IT development, user testing and feedbackAdministering execution of new agreements and amendments, including signature applicationContract archiving (including hard-copy "wet ink" documentation)Supporting management reporting and MI packs for LegalProviding cover/backup for other team administrators Essential skills & experience:
