A leading international company is looking for a Senior Cost & Pricing Manager to play a critical role in shaping procurement strategy, evaluating supplier pricing and delivering measurable value across a diverse portfolio of contracts. This is a unique opportunity to influence major commercial decisions, work with senior stakeholders and become the organisation's subject matter expert on cost modelling, benchmarking and pricing strategy.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Procurement Portfolio, you'll provide expert guidance on cost structures, benchmarking and pricing evaluation across procurement activities. You'll help ensure commercial decisions are underpinned by robust analytics and deliver genuine value for money throughout the contract lifecycle.
Working across operational, technology and infrastructure categories, you'll support procurement teams with:
Developing and implementing cost strategiesCreating cost models and benchmarking frameworksEvaluating supplier pricing and tender submissionsSupporting supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiativesProviding pricing assurance across procurement governance processesDriving whole-life cost analysis and scenario modellingBuilding and maintaining external market intelligence and benchmarking data sources What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
Significant experience within procurement, commercial management, cost management, quantity surveying, or pricing functionsProven experience developing cost strategies, analytics and benchmarking modelsStrong understanding of commercial agreements, contracts and supplier negotiationsExperience working across operational and/or construction-related contractsThe ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic commercial adviceDegree-level education and ideally a professional qualification such as CIPS or MRICS What's on Offer?
