Workday Financials Programme Director - Umbrella Rate
Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Workday Financials Implementation Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis
Hybrid working and some European travel required
Role and experience:
Program Director experience leading complex ERP or financial systems implementations.Experience managing Workday Financials implementations.Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.Strong background in the Financial Services industry (Insurance Broking, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, etc.), understanding sector-specific financial processes and regulatory landscapes.Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting.Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
