An established organisation is currently recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to join their development team. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy, technology teams, and external suppliers. You will work with colleagues, business stakeholders, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers to define, validate and maintain the business, technical and data requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst:
Gather, analyse, document and validate functional, non-functional, technical and data requirementsMaintain end-to-end traceability from business objectives and requirements through solution design, testing and delivered outcomesCreate clear process models, data models, current-state and future-state documentation and reusable analysis artefactsWork collaboratively with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliersReview requirements, supplier artefacts and solution designs, challenging constructively and escalating material gaps, risks and dependenciesDefine measurable outcomes, acceptance criteria and success measures and support post-delivery validation and lessons learned
Skills Required for the Technical Business Analyst:
Experience of eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating functional requirements and acceptance criteriaExperience of defining non-functional requirements such as performance, security, resilience, recoverability, operability and supportabilityExperience of technical and data analysis covering integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controlsKnowledge and experience of AI implementation are desirable but not requiredStrong communication skills
