The role of Senior Estimator - Facades will involve:
Estimator position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projectsAnalyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate and competitive quotationsObtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriateIdentify project risks, assess material and labour requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted forLiaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical supportWorking on projects that could range in value between £2m - £35m+ The ideal applicant will be Senior Estimator - Facades with:
