About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk RevitPrepare shop drawings, schematics, and detailed layoutsCoordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashesPerform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracyEnsure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirementsReview and update models based on design changes and site requirementsAssist in project documentation and submission processes Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systemsProficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCADExperience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detectionFamiliarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage Preferred Skills:
Experience working on UAE/GCC projectsKnowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflowsGood communication and teamwork skillsCompliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
