We’re hiring reliable, motivated Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. No previous delivery experience is required, and paid training is provided.

What You'll Do
As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll help make sure packages reach local residents and businesses safely, accurately, and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Arrive at our Romeoville warehouse for route assignment and vehicle loadout
Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes
Load and unload packages carefully and accurately
Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely, professional manner
Use a smartphone or handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation
Communicate with dispatch and warehouse team members throughout the day
Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized
Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company procedures
Return to the Romeoville warehouse at the end of your route and complete end-of-day procedures
Represent Genco Delivery LLC professionally while serving customers throughout the community
Non-CDL drivers and individuals who are new to delivery or courier work are encouraged to apply.

10:15 AM–8:30 PM
Weekend availability is required.

What We're Looking For
No delivery experience? No problem. Paid training is provided.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. To be successful in this role, you must:
Have a valid driver's license
Be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements
Be able to lift packages weighing up to 55 pounds
Be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a full shift
Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Have good attention to detail and time-management skills
Be comfortable using a smartphone or handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation
Be reliable, punctual, and professional
Be willing to work weekends
Schedule - part-time 1-2 days a week, full-time 3-4 days a week
10:15 AM–8:30 PM
Weekend availability is required.
