Job Purpose: Cargo consolidation processing. Delivery route management. Costing and billing handling.
Key Accountabilities:
Gather all truck booking information from Products and ServicesPlan and arrange on trucking schedule in daily and weekly basisProcess on cargo consolidation process with Trucking Services ProvidersTo be the main communication channel for Products and Trucking services provider in trucks planning and monitoring processProcess on truck booking (tentative plan & Confirm schedule) with Services ProvidersCo-ordinate to follow up all truck information ready for all parties in further processingVerify and monitoring of trucking quotations deploymentFollow up on quotation updated and data validated for applying processCalculate for costs allocation to each Products for the trucking utilizationCollect all Trucking invoices and prepare summary report for Accounting referencesTo take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs. University Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field.Have knowledge of transport operationsGood planning skillsPossess good communication and interpersonal skillsService-minded, high responsible and detail oriented.Good both written and spoken English.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
