Hard working, reliable, and trustworthyAttention to detail, good organizational skills, and process orientedCan-do attitude that is a strong team playerWillingness learn a trade / skill and desire to grow within the organizationFollow instructions from Supervisors40 hours per week / Mon. - Fri.Excellent communication skillsMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in EnglishKnowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones, tablets, & computers.Ability to swim and do not mind working near dogs.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug TestMust have clean driving record with Driver's LicenseSkills / Requirements:
1 Year relevant work experience necessaryWork safely with chemicals, ensure home security (lock doors / gates, pet security / safety)Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsFrequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlOccasionally required to lift and/or move 100 pounds and push or pull up to 100 poundsCPO is preferred but not required Why work for us?
