About this role
We are looking for a Senior Change Communication Consultant to shape and guide communication around a large-scale digital transformation programme.
The role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable engaging with senior management, understand how to translate complex transformation topics into clear messages, and are also willing to create and deliver the communication yourself.
The assignment will initially be very hands-on and will gradually develop into a more strategic role, making it a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining execution, stakeholder management and strategic communication.
The assignment :
The programme focuses on driving sustainable digital change across operational business areas, introducing new digital ways of working and establishing a new digital baseline.
As Senior Change Communication Consultant, you will help employees and stakeholders understand, adopt and engage with these changes through clear, consistent and impactful communication.
Key responsibilities :
Define and drive the change communication strategy for the programmeDevelop clear narratives around complex digital transformation initiativesCreate communication through channels such as news articles, Viva Engage, Teams, video and employee meetingsEnsure consistent messaging across different teams and organisational levelsCoordinate with external suppliers involved in content creation, including video and visual contentEstablish ways to measure communication impact and continuously improve the approachWork closely with change and communication leads to strengthen engagement and adoptionGuide stakeholders, teams and leadership through organisational changeTranslate complex transformation topics into simple, engaging and actionable messages We are looking for a communication professional who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational level.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in change communication, internal communication or transformation communicationExperience in the energy or utilities sector is requiredExperience within a large, complex or international organisation is an advantageStrong experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadershipAble to build trust and align stakeholders across different teams and organisational levelsExperience supporting organisational change and cultural transformationStrong ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling narrativesHands-on experience creating and managing communication content across multiple channelsFluent in English, both written and spoken If you are an experienced change communication professional with energy-sector experience and enjoy combining strategic advice with hands-on execution, we would be interested in hearing from you.
