Overview
The Innovation Teacher plays a pivotal role in fostering creativity, inquiry, and future-focused learning across the school. This position is responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that integrate technology, design thinking, and interdisciplinary projects, empowering students to become critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators. Working closely with colleagues, the Innovation Teacher supports the development of a dynamic curriculum that aligns with international standards, while cultivating a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Innovation, Education, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of professional teaching experience in Innovation, ideally within international or reputable private schoolsStrong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and active learning strategiesProficiency with educational technology and digital learning platforms, including the ability to analyse student performance dataExcellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilitiesDemonstrated administrative and leadership skills Facts & Figures
