What will you be doing ?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Management Accounting team in London on a 6 month FTC. You will be responsible for liaising closely with finance personnel and operational teams to ensure that information is recorded and presented accurately and within deadlines.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others:
Extracting revenue data from source systems to collate/review and post revenue and accrualsReconciliation of revenue postings to cash received with timely follow up on anomaliesUpdating reconciliations for control frameworks and files provided to auditorsContributing to the collation of Revenue data for regulatory returns and AuditFormatting large data sets into professional excel reports and providing commentaryPreparation of respective monthly balance sheets reconciliation To be successful in this role, you should:
Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA Experience with month end reporting is desired Demonstrable interest in financial services industry Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic Word, advanced Excel & intermediate PowerPoint Strong Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences and an ability to work well in a team and comfortable to work individuallyDemonstrate an ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to solve problems quicklyDesired:
