The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team. This role oversees hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and profitability. The Store Manager partners with leadership to achieve business goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and provide customers with a fast, friendly, and trusted automotive service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of automotive professionals to achieve operational and sales goals.Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.Coach employees on performance, productivity, and career development.Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, customer retention, and operational efficiency.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
