We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our team in Amman, Jordan. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces that harmonise with the local environment and meet our clients' needs.
Develop and execute landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spacesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure integrated design solutionsConduct site analyses and prepare detailed site plans, specifications, and cost estimatesCreate visually compelling presentations and reports for clients and stakeholdersManage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetsIncorporate sustainable design practices and water-efficient landscaping techniques suitable for arid climatesCoordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper implementation of design plansStay current with industry trends, technologies, and local regulations affecting landscape architectureMentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the departmentParticipate in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and oversee project progress Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related fieldSuitable for Graduate Landcsape ArchitectStrong understanding of architectural design principles and project delivery processesProficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with BIM processes, implementation, and workflowsKnowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulationsFamiliarity with local flora and climate conditions in Saudi ArabiaExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsAnalytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCreative and innovative approach to landscape design challengesKnowledge of relevant building codes and standardsAbility to work effectively in hot, arid climate conditionsProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous 0-2 years experience
