We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for a major port project in Kuwait. As a key member of our construction management and supervision team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate land measurements and data collection throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct precise land surveys and topographic mapping for the port project siteUtilize advanced surveying equipment, GPS, and GIS systems to collect and analyze dataPrepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant softwareCollaborate with construction managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are metSupervise and coordinate survey teams on-siteMonitor construction progress and verify adherence to survey data and project plansIdentify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to land surveyingEnsure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulationsMaintain accurate records of all survey activities and findingsProvide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in port or marine projectsProven experience in construction management and supervisionProficiency in using modern surveying equipment and techniquesExpert knowledge of GPS and GIS systemsAdvanced skills in AutoCAD and other relevant surveying softwareStrong mathematical and analytical abilitiesGood communication and reporting skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and lead survey crewsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
