We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer (Roads & Highways) specializing in Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing roads & highways related design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient design processes and high-quality deliverables.
Proficient enough in handling Civil 3D for Roads and highways related deliverablesDevelop and maintain detailed 3D BIM roads and highways related models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard softwareCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM modelsEnsure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and best practicesGenerate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM modelsAssist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standardsProvide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issuesStay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in CAD/BIM (Roads) for infrastructure projectsProficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and NavisworksStrong 3D modelling and visualisation skillsIn-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processesFamiliarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawingsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk certifications) preferredDemonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practicesFamiliar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region
