We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems to join our team in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating MEPF systems for various building projects, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and compliance with local and international standards.
Develop comprehensive MEPF designs for commercial, residential, and industrial projectsCreate detailed drawings and specifications using advanced CAD softwareCollaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to integrate MEPF systems into overall building designsPerform load calculations and system sizing to ensure optimal performanceConduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design developmentEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standardsParticipate in project meetings and communicate design concepts to clients and team membersDevelop and maintain project documentation, including design reports and technical submittalsImplement sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions in MEPF systemsMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering5 years of experience in MEPF design for building projectsProficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit MEPExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniquesStrong knowledge of building codes and regulations applicable to MEPF systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactionsFamiliarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutionsProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredWillingness to travel to project sites as requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Qualification: B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Total Experience- 5 years after B.Tech in design of Public Buildings.
