About this role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our WA Civil team. This role provides technical expertise across a wide range of civil, structural, resources and geotechnical projects across Australia.
The role will include:
Leading and approving associated technical work directly related to the discipline and in project management capacitiesProviding technical expertise and advice through all stages of the project lifecycle from feasibility studies, design strategies, construction to system integration and supportPrepare project deliverables, tender documentation, design documentation and specifications to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.Providing technical advice and direction to all employee levels through technical challenges and issues.You will bring experience in civil engineering within a consultancy or similar environment. You will also have:
5+ years’ experience is a similar roleRelevant tertiary qualifications in Civil EngineeringCPEng and/or NER (highly desirable)Extensive WA experience across multidisciplinary civil design projects, including roads, earthworks, drainage, water/tailings storage and flood managementPrior experience working on resource projectsDemonstrated project management and client engagement experienceStrong knowledge of Australian and local standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
