About this role
Design and implementation of electrical systems for airport projects, Infrastructure, or building projects.Prepare Single Line Diagrams, Panel Schedules, Select electrical equipment such as transformers, switchboards etcPerform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analyses, fault current calculations, lighting levels and voltage drop calculationsReview Shop DrawingsDevelop and maintain design documentation, specifications, and reports in accordance with industry standards.Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger projects.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local codes, and industry best practices.Participate in client and project meetings, providing valuable input and insights. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering withing buildings.Experience working on projects with North America is highly desirable.Solid experience designing Fire Alarm and life safety systems.Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.Profeciency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD is an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.Strong project management skills Experience working on projects with North America is highly desirable.Revit MEP and AutoCAD
