Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners;Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures;Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities;Support claims management activities, including claim preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution;Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues;Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies;Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records;Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices;Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks;Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims;Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects;Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence;Play an active role in the project reviews, including financial part, by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification;Actively participate in the tender phase, by giving input at offers preparation;Liaise with the central CM Team. Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position;Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial practices, and risk management;Extensive experience in working with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and/or similar, HG1, etcExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;Excellent organizational and time management abilities;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
