About this role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall design, quality control and discipline leadership throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for a leader with a passion for high performance/mission critical mechanical systems design. These key staff member’s duties will include mentoring team members, leadership of the mechanical project scope, and working in a technologically advanced office environment on challenging projects with great team members.
Responsibilities:
Produce proposals and negotiate fees.Project manage MEP Teams.Attend kick-off meetings with local architectsPerform site visits in local areaCoordinate questions/needs list with clientCoordinate project schedules/deliverablesReview workload and current staffInterview and hire engineersEmployee reviewsReview revenues/expenses/profits. BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited schoolMinimum 4 years’ MEP design experience (PE and LEED AP a plus)Experience in AutoCAD and RevitExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated attitudeStrong desire to excel in this industry All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
