Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize the client's businessProvides recommendations and actions Mine data from primary and secondary sourcesDevelop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and productsInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsFilter and “clean” data, and review reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesClean and prune data to discard irrelevant informationAnalyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniquesPinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data setsProvide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for managementDesign, create and maintain relational databases and data systemsTriage code problems and data-related issues
1 to 2+ years of data science / business intelligence / investment banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth analytics or operations experience a plusExceptional Excel / data management skills SQL, coding experience is requiredMust have a passion for hacking things together in order to solve the hardest problemsHave good understanding of the Digital Marketing industry in the MENA regionStrong communication and organization skillsBalance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strengthSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious, willing to work hard, and are looking to advance your careerWell organized, can handle stress, ambiguity and deadlines. At least conversant in Digital and have a willingness and capacity to learnSaudi nationality, knowledge of Saudi culture, and fluency in English/Arabic language are preferred but not prerequisites
