As a Big Data Team Leader , you'll lead the engineering efforts that power this vision, building highly scalable data platforms that sit at the heart of next-generation AI-driven automation. What You'll Do Lead the design and development of high-performance, real-time data processing systems. Build and scale streaming pipelines handling millions of events daily. Drive architecture, reliability, observability, and performance across production environments. Collaborate with AI, backend, and platform teams to enable intelligent automation. Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, best practices, and technical innovation. Own services end-to-end, from development and deployment through monitoring and optimization.
