We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Composite Engineer to drive the design, development, certification, and delivery of advanced composite structures in a dynamic aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers involved in composite structure design, development, analysis, testing, and certification.
- Manage the full lifecycle of composite aerospace structures from concept through certification and production support.
- Ensure compliance with CS/FAR-23 and/or CS/FAR-25 airworthiness regulations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including stress, manufacturing, certification, and program management.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to engineering staff.
- Support certification activities and liaise with regulatory authorities where required.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best engineering practices.
