Responsibilities
Guide customers through the design, integration, validation, and production phases of hardware and embedded systems Investigate and resolve hardware-related technical issues and escalations Work closely with engineering, product, and system teams to develop solutions, implement features, and address customer requirements Lead complex debug and root-cause analysis activities involving hardware, firmware, and system-level interactions Develop expertise in customer applications and provide technical recommendations on system architecture and design approaches Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, reference designs, and design guidelines Collect customer feedback and contribute to future product definitions and roadmap planning
