TEKsystems has partnered with a major client seeking a Check Printing & Mail Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily production, processing, and distribution of check payments for multiple payment programs. This role ensures checks are printed accurately, expedited payments are processed within service level agreements, supporting documentation is verified, shipping information is maintained, and all mail is prepared for timely delivery.Key Responsibilities Execute twice-daily check printing runs (morning and afternoon). Identify and separate overnight and two-day expedited payments from standard check runs. Print and prepare shipping labels for all expedited payments. Verify printed checks against the daily check list to ensure accuracy and completeness. Process standard checks through the automated stuffing and postage equipment. Ensure all check payments are mailed according to established processing schedules and service levels.This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery of payments while maintaining compliance with internal operational standards and client service expectations.This is a first shift and on-site position in Lombard, IL. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lombard, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
