Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM About the Role We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This position supports production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robotics, and vision systems. Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Maintain and support Beckhoff PLCs, Fanuc robots, and Cognex/Keyence vision systems. • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. • Diagnose and repair 3-phase electrical systems, control panels, and production equipment. • Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage accurately. • Work closely with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement solutions. • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Qualifications
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a 2-year technical degree with relevant maintenance experience. • High school diploma or GED required. • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Experience with PLC diagnostics and repair. • Fanuc robotics experience preferred. • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and industrial manufacturing equipment. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Work Environment Work in a modern manufacturing facility utilizing advanced automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, and vision systems. Steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required. This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting continuous production operations on 3rd shift. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bowling Green, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.49 - $43.05/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
