• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Pulse MIG welding on custom trucks and agricultural equipment • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings • Fit, fabricate, and weld components to precise specifications • Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity • Operate and maintain welding equipment and shop tools • Assist with custom modifications and one-off fabrication projects • Work with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of welding experience preferred • Experience with MIG welding • Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings • Fabrication and fitting experience is a plus • TIG, Pulse MIG, or Flux Core experience highly preferred • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Don't have experience with every welding process? That's okay. If you have a solid welding foundation and are eager to learn, we'd still like to talk with you. Work Environment You'll work in a hands-on fabrication environment building and modifying custom trucks and agricultural equipment. This is a combination indoor/outdoor shop setting where no two projects are exactly alike.
